At its core, the system emphasizes “precise adaptation + flexible adjustment,” integrating functional modules such as sound absorption, air isolation, thermal insulation, waterproofing, and decorative skin panels—each of which can be freely configured to meet the specific requirements of different project sections. A key feature is the two-layer keel adjustment mechanism, which precisely accommodates dimensional differences between irregularly shaped buildings and their structural frameworks. Moreover, the system incorporates green building principles: through clever design, it ensures excellent thermal performance while maintaining the durability of metal components. By replacing welding with bolted connections, we not only eliminate the safety risks associated with welding but also enable free adjustment via bolts within grooves, perfectly adapting to varying connection-point needs. This approach achieves a seamless integration of functionality, safety, and complex architectural forms.

However, this system features a two-layer adjustment mechanism that allows for certain installation tolerances in the components while still enabling precise control of spatial positioning, thereby significantly enhancing the accuracy of realizing complex architectural forms.

Thanks to its flexible adjustment capabilities, this system allows panel fabrication to begin even before the installation of the keel structure, eliminating the need to wait for the keel installation during the early stages of construction. Moreover, by installing panels in designated zones, the process is further streamlined, thereby reducing the overall project duration. 
    3. By optimizing system components and eliminating unnecessary structures, the comprehensive unit price is lower than that of conventional special-shaped Envelope System. Bolted construction eliminates the need for specialized welding, reducing labor costs and achieving the dual benefits of cost reduction and efficiency improvement. 
    4. The exhaust design ensures that the insulation layer remains dry over the long term, preventing corrosion of internal metal components and extending the system’s service life. The bolted connection method avoids structural risks associated with welding, thereby enhancing the system’s safety performance and stability.
