Addressing the pain points of traditional metal roofing—such as difficult purlin installation, significant safety risks, and lengthy construction periods—our independently developed prefabricated roofing solution has been validated for structural performance optimization by the School of Civil Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology and is supported by patented technology. The system’s core innovation lies in its “purlin-free prefabricated structure,” which uses galvalume-coated color-coated steel sheets as the primary components. These sheets are joined together via bolted connections to form a load-bearing system, replacing conventional rectangular tube purlins and enabling spans of up to 6 meters. The panels can be pre-cut to precise dimensions in the factory or formed on-site using roll-forming techniques, and they come equipped with integrated sound-absorbing layers and cavity layers. On-site, there’s no need for welding, thus eliminating the risk of open flames.
The system is suitable for large-span steel-structure venues (such as airports, high-speed railway stations, convention and exhibition centers, and sports stadiums). Through detailed preliminary design and coordination with architectural and structural teams, it can proactively identify and avoid construction conflicts. The system provides end-to-end services—from prefabrication of components and on-site installation to post-construction maintenance—and has now established a mature cost-control and schedule-management system.Core advantages
1. The large-span system features a fully bolted connection throughout the entire process, with no open-flame operations involved. The panels are pre-coated with aluminum-zinc color-coated sheets at the factory, offering stable corrosion resistance and eliminating the need for on-site touch-up painting. After installation, the large-span system’s panels can support weight and allow workers to walk directly on them without relying on temporary scaffolding. Moreover, the dust-proof and sound-absorbing layers can be installed without requiring workers to step directly onto the purlins, thereby eliminating safety hazards.
2. Cost reduction is achieved by eliminating purlins and reducing temporary support costs; moreover, the large-span system allows for construction without purlins, significantly shortening the project schedule.

Equipped with built-in sound-absorbing and cavity layers to reduce construction procedures; featuring a built-in lifting channel that allows direct connection to suspension and support systems, thereby solving challenges related to the installation of air, water, electrical systems, and secondary renovations while avoiding damage to the original structure. The panels are mechanically connected, making them detachable and recyclable—thus more environmentally friendly.
