The exterior finish features 2.5mm aluminum composite panels, achieving a seamless integration of functionality and aesthetics. The energy-efficient curtain wall windows have a U-value of 0.8 W/(㎡·K), while the exterior walls and roof have a K-value of 1.0 W/(㎡·K). An adjustable-height integrated floor system is employed; by adjusting the supporting feet to achieve uniform height, an air cavity is created. This cavity can accommodate piping and equipment for water, heating, and electrical systems, thereby enabling separation of these utility lines.
