  • Product Description
  • Systematic exposition

The temperature of shallow subsurface soil exhibits a characteristic of being “warm in winter and cool in summer.” By using buried pipelines to facilitate heat exchange between air and soil, the air can be pre-cooled or pre-heated, thereby regulating indoor air quality and reducing the load on fresh-air systems and air conditioning. This technology is suitable for low-energy buildings, high-end villas, office spaces in industrial parks, underground areas, cleanrooms, green factories, schools, hospitals, and other similar venues.

    Performance indicators

    1. The thermal conductivity of the metal alloy pipe is 36 W/(m·K), which is 60 times that of cement pipes and 240 times that of PE pipes.
A 2,400 g/m² zinc-aluminum alloy outer coating ensures a system service life of 70 years.
    3. Fresh air introduced directly from the shallow geothermal system can reduce air-conditioning energy consumption by more than 70% in summer and heating energy consumption by about 30% in winter.

    4. The figure below shows the operational data for a TRNSYS-simulated shallow geothermal intelligent fresh-air system in the Harbin region.

Simulation parameters: Pipe diameter DN300, fresh air volume 1667 m³/h, burial depth 3 m, pipeline length 50 m.
Simulation results: In summer, the maximum temperature reduction is 11.7℃, and the proportion of time when the outlet air temperature exceeds 24℃ is less than 0.18%; in winter, the maximum temperature increase is 12.8℃.
