This product is one of Shinaida’s all-inclusive, climate-friendly, energy-efficient buildings—a small residential structure suitable for construction in cold regions. The total floor area is approximately 246.17 square meters, with a building height of 5.3 meters and a standard floor height of 3.1 meters. It features a modular, integrated interior and exterior structural system that employs thermal bridge-free technology—eliminating both linear and point thermal bridges. The building is composed of multiple layers of materials, including the main structural framework, insulation, waterproofing, vapor barriers, and exterior finishes. The exterior finish utilizes aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy panels. The modular design of the roof allows for both high prefabrication rates and superior energy efficiency. The energy-efficient windows have a K-value of 0.8 W/(㎡·K), while the walls and roof have a K-value of 1.0 W/(㎡·K). The partition walls are constructed using a combination of high-soundproofing studs, Class-A fire-rated sound-insulating boards, acoustic cotton, inorganic high-strength flame-retardant substrate board, and inorganic decorative panels. The wall thickness is 140 mm, offering fire resistance for 2–3 hours, nail-holding strength of 30 kg, and maximum sound insulation of 65 dB. The roof is made of aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy, featuring a 360-degree lock-seam design that ensures puncture-proof performance and long-term waterproofing. The pre-coated fluorocarbon paint boasts excellent weather resistance and remains virtually unchanged in color for up to 25 years. Heating equipment can be selected according to specific needs to enhance indoor comfort.
