    This product As one of Shinaida’s climate-friendly, energy-efficient buildings nationwide,specifically designed as a highway ETC customer service center. The total floor area is approximately 74 square meters, and the building height is 3.4 meters.

    The modular building with integrated interior and exterior construction adopts thermal bridge-free technology that eliminates both linear and point thermal bridges. It is composed of multiple layers of materials, including the main structural framework, thermal insulation, waterproofing, vapor barrier, and exterior finish. The exterior finish consists of 3-mm aluminum composite panels. The modular design of the roof allows the building to achieve both high prefabrication rates and superior energy efficiency. High-performance energy-saving windows with a K-value of 0.8 W/(㎡·K) are used, while the walls and roof have a U-value of 1.0 W/(㎡·K). The partition walls are constructed using a combination of high-soundproofing studs, Class A fire-rated sound-insulating boards, acoustic cotton, inorganic high-strength flame-retardant baseboards, and inorganic decorative panels. The wall thickness is 140 mm, offering fire resistance for 2–3 hours, nail-holding strength of 30 kg, and maximum sound insulation of 65 dB. Customized installation of fresh-air systems is available to optimize indoor air quality. Additionally, the building can be equipped with an integrated PV/T module and an air-source heat pump (ASHP)-based combined cooling, heating, and power (CCHP) system, enabling off-grid operation.
