The modular building with integrated interior and exterior construction features thermal bridge-free technology that eliminates both linear and point thermal bridges. It is composed of multiple layers of materials, including the main structural framework, thermal insulation, waterproofing, vapor barrier, and exterior finish. The exterior finish can be customized to incorporate a variety of decorative materials as needed. The roof also adopts a modular, monolithic construction design, enabling the building to achieve both full prefabrication and high energy efficiency.

Addressing the pain points of traditional metal roofing—such as difficult purlin installation, significant safety risks, and lengthy construction periods—our independently developed prefabricated roofing solution has undergone structural performance optimization verification by the School of Civil Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology and is backed by patented technology. The system’s core innovation lies in its “purlin-free prefabricated structure,” which uses aluminum-zinc coated color-coated steel sheets as the primary structural component. These sheets are joined together via bolted connections to form a load-bearing system, replacing conventional rectangular tube purlins and enabling spans of up to 6 meters. The panels can be pre-cut to precise dimensions in the factory or formed on-site using roll-forming techniques, and they come equipped with integrated sound-absorbing layers and cavity layers. The installation process involves no welding on-site, thereby eliminating the risk of open flames and associated hazards. This system is ideally suited for large-span steel-structure venues—including airports, high-speed railway stations, convention centers, and sports stadiums—and can be seamlessly integrated into the architectural and structural design phases through detailed preliminary planning, proactively avoiding construction conflicts. We offer a comprehensive service covering everything from prefabrication of components and on-site installation to post-construction maintenance. Currently, we have established a mature cost-control and schedule-management system.
